A 74-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: RFSD6F9670) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: coronavac (DOSE 1), administration date: 25Mar2021, for COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION; coronavac (DOSE 2), administration date: 23Apr2021, for COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION.
The following information was reported: GAIT DISTURBANCE (disability), outcome "recovered", described as "used a cane for a while and thought he would not walk properly"; INTERCHANGE OF VACCINE PRODUCTS (disability), outcome "recovered", described as "Dose 1: CoronaVac, Dose 2: CoronaVac, Dose 3: Pfizer"; FALL (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "His leg folded and he fell".
Clinical course: It was reported that patient took the third dose of Pfizer and at the time he took it, used a cane for a while and thought he would not walk properly.
