Had stage 1 uterine cancer April 2021.
Scans post hysterectomy negative for cancer was in readmission.
Scan November 11, 2021 metastatic uterine cancer to upper abdomen.
Patient notified results 11/22/21.
Gynecologist oncologist would refer to MD for treatment plan.
12/2/21 gynecologist oncologist reviewed plan with patient and refer to hematologist oncologist to manage chemo.
Port placement scheduled for 12/16/21.
Hematologist oncologist appt on 12/14/21 discusses hospitalization for AIM regimen chemo and to start chemo after holiday.
On 12/15/21 patient taken to emergency room by son due to lower abdominal pain and patient suspected appendicitis.
Patient cancer metastasized to lower right and and other scattered areas through abdomen.
Patient admitted and port placed as planned next day 12/16/21.
Chemo initiated 12/16/21-12/20/21.
1/6/22 re admitted for second round chemo.
Patient swabbed positive COVID 19.
Pt discharged home 1/10/22 on home oxygen 2 Lpm.
1/12/22 patient readmitted for increase O2 need 15-20 Lpm.
Patient dc home/hospice 1/26/22 patient deceased 1/27/22.
