Death; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Physician) from a sales representative.
A patient (no qualifiers provided) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
The following information was reported: DEATH (death, medically significant), outcome "fatal".
The date and cause of death for the patient were unknown.
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
Additional information: On an unspecified date, the patient died.
The reporter classified the event as serious(death).
The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 has been requested and will be submitted if and when received.
