The reporter is the parent.
A male patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
The following information was reported: CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT (death, medically significant), outcome "fatal", described as "Stroke death".
The patient date of death was unknown.
Reported cause of death: "Stroke death".
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
No follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained.
