pneumonia aspiration; cardiac failure; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Physician).
A female patient in her 80's received BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.
4-5 (COMIRNATY RTU FOR BA.
4-5), as dose number unknown(booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary immunization series complete; manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunisation.
The following information was reported: PNEUMONIA ASPIRATION (death), outcome "fatal"; CARDIAC FAILURE (death), outcome "fatal".
The patient date of death was unknown.
Reported cause of death: "pneumonia aspiration", "cardiac failure".
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
The patient's age was 90 years (as reported) Primary Disease/Complication was had(unknown).
The patient received COMIRNATY RTU intramuscular injection (BA.
4-5).
The course of the event was as follows: On 27Jan2023 at 12:30, we made a phone call for provision of appropriately used information.

The patient died within about 1 month after the vaccine inoculation.
As for the cause of death, I memorized as being pneumonia aspiration and cardiac failure, but not sure.
Those admitted and being vaccinated are at advanced age and have underlying diseases, therefore we consider there is no causal relationship with the vaccine.
In addition, the strain of CMT was unknown (as reported).
The reporter considered "pneumonia aspiration" and "cardiac failure" not related to BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.
