A male patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), in 2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (dose 1), for Covid-19 immunisation.
The following information was reported: SYNCOPE (medically significant), PLATELET COUNT DECREASED (non-serious) all with onset 2021, outcome "unknown" and all described as "He collapsed from low platelets"; PROTEIN TOTAL ABNORMAL (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "He had "strange proteins" filling up quickly in his blood, emanating from his bone marrow"; BONE MARROW DISORDER (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "emanating from his bone marrow"; EPISTAXIS (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "haemorrhages from his nasal passages"; COMPLETED SUICIDE (death), outcome "fatal", described as "He was medically suicided using a government arm"; LEUKAEMIA (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "blood cancer".
