A 24-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 05Jan2022 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 24 years, in arm for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient had no relevant medical history.
There were no concomitant medications.
Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 1; Manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION.
The following information was reported: CARDIAC ARREST (death, hospitalization, medically significant, life threatening) with onset 2022, outcome "fatal", described as "Died on the flight and they brought him back"; MYOCARDITIS (death, hospitalization, medically significant, life threatening) with onset 2022, outcome "fatal", described as "He had myocarditis"; CARDIAC FAILURE (death, hospitalization, medically significant, life threatening) with onset 2022, outcome "fatal", described as "MRI showed that he was in Heart failure.

It should have never happened to him.
He was in the hospital for 37 days and weight went down.
The timeline points to the vaccine according to her sons doctor, but no one can prove it.

5 million dollars for the heart transplant, he has damage in his Left femoral artery from the life support they had him on that kept him living until they could find a heart.
She took him into hospital on 07May2022 because he had blood clots in his heart and the bottom of his heart was already dead.

He was transferred to hospital on 05May2022, then was flown to another institute.
He died on the flight and they brought him back.
