A female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in 2022 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
The following information was reported: INTRACRANIAL ANEURYSM (death, medically significant) with onset 2022, outcome "fatal", described as "another co-worker of mine took Pfizer and she had a brain aneurysm and died instantly".
The patient date of death was unknown.
Reported cause of death: "another co-worker of mine took Pfizer and she had a brain aneurysm and died instantly".
