April 7, 2022: The patient was vaccinated with moderna vaccine on March 25.
On March 29 patient experienced swelling, numbness and pain on the left face occurred with the chin was having the most painful area, swelling numbness and pain from the left forearm to the palm and tingling in the middle of the left upper arm.
When tingling pain occurred, the patient felt that the same location of the opposite right hand would also had pain and the left foot would feel tight and the toe would feel numb so the patient came to the hospital for consultations and treatments.
