A 53-year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), administration date 16Dec2021 (Lot number: Unknown) as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation.
Relevant medical history included: "curry spice allergy" (unspecified if ongoing); "smoker" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: more likely to use e-cigarettes; "mild hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing).
The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 1; manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction: "feeling sick"; Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 2; manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction: "feeling sick".
The following information was reported: ISCHAEMIC CEREBRAL INFARCTION (death, medically significant) with onset 02Jan2022, outcome "fatal", HEADACHE (non-serious), FATIGUE (non-serious), FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Increasing headaches, tiredness and exhaustion".
The patient date of death was 20Feb2022.

After the previous vaccinations, the reporter noticed that the patient often felt sick, like the flu, but without a fever.
The patient was an "athletic person, physically fit.
" The patient suffered an ischemic cerebral infarction on 02Jan2022 and died at the age of 53 on 20Feb2022.
Questions to the attending physicians as to whether this could be related to the vaccinations were not answered at all.
