A 78-year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 08Sep2021 (Lot number: FE3380) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation.
Relevant medical history included: "Diabetic" (unspecified if ongoing); "asthma patient" (unspecified if ongoing); "lesions on his liver" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: detected a year before.
The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation.
The following information was reported: NEOPLASM MALIGNANT (death) with onset 06Oct2021, outcome "fatal", described as "Cancer"; GAIT DISTURBANCE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "couldn't walk"; DYSPNOEA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "short of breath"; ASTHENIA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "no energy"; MEDICATION ERROR (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "medication error".
As soon as the second vaccine was administered, he couldn't walk, he was short of breath, had no energy.
He had previously had been monitored for the past 12 months as lesions on his liver had been detected a year before; he was monitored every three months; he was clear every time.
Then after the vaccine, he was told he had cancer spread to his bowel and lungs.
He died within a few months of the second vaccine.
Had no doubt that the vaccine triggered this due to the fact he had been clear for a year previously, the only change was the administration of the jab.
The patient date of death was 29Jan2022.
The reported cause of death was neoplasm malignant.
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
Reporter thinks this reaction occurred as a result of a mistake made in the administration of the vaccine.
When asked for details, stated that vaccine should not have been given to someone with a vulnerable disposition.
No follow-up attempts are possible.
