A 79 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), intramuscular, administered in arm left, administration date 01Feb2022 13:30 (Lot number: ACB8491) as dose 3 (booster), 0.
3 ml single for covid-19 immunisation.
Relevant medical history included: "Chronic psychosis" (unspecified if ongoing).
Concomitant medication(s) included: FELISON.
Vaccination history included: Comirnaty (dose 1 (batch unknown)), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "no adr"; Comirnaty (dose 2 (batch unknown)), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "no adr".
