Ectopic pregnancy; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from the regulatory authority-WEB.
The reporter is the patient.
Regulatory number: ES-AEMPS-1075582 (RA).
A 35 year-old female patient (pregnant) received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), administered in arm left, administration date 29Jul2021 (Lot number: Unknown) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation.
Relevant medical history included: "Normal pregnancy" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Previous pregnancy without incident.
Date of last menstrual period: Jul2021.
The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
Vaccination history included: Comirnaty (Dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation.
The patient had not passed COVID-19.
The following information was reported: ECTOPIC PREGNANCY (life threatening) with onset 04Sep2021, outcome "recovered", described as "Ectopic pregnancy".
Patient took METHOTREXATE as therapeutic measure for event ectopic pregnancy.
Patient stated she had a previous pregnancy that was perfect, she had no history and was not a candidate for an ectopic pregnancy.
It was also reported she was not pregnant when the vaccine was administered and she got pregnant 15 days after the second dose and she suspected it may have something to do with it.
