Maternal exposure during pregnancy in week 33; Thrombosis in the groin in the left leg; First dose of bnt162b2 on 06Jan2021; second dose on 29Jul2021; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer downloaded from the regulatory authority-WEB.

This is the first of two reports.
A 37-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), via an unspecified route of administration on 29Jul2021 (Batch/Lot Number: FD4555; Expiration Date: 30Sep2021) as DOSE 2, SINGLE for COVID-19 immunisation.
Medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
Patient was pregnant at the time of vaccination.
Historical vaccine included BNT162B2 on 06Jan2021, (lot EM0477, expiry date 30Apr2021), as dose 1 single and experienced expired vaccine was administered.
The patient experienced maternal exposure during pregnancy in week 33 on an unspecified date with outcome of not recovered, thrombosis in the groin in the left leg on 09Aug2021 with outcome of not recovered.
The mother reported she became pregnant while taking bnt162b2.
The mother was 33 Weeks pregnant at the onset of the event.
On unspecified dates, the patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included blood test: no results reported, ultrasound scan: no results reported.
Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of maternal exposure during pregnancy in week 33 and thrombosis in the groin in the left leg that included anticoagulant therapy and support stocking.
