sore arm at the injection site after the first dose; headache after the first dose; Moderna COVID-19 vaccine administered to a patient under 18 years old; This spontaneous case was reported by a nurse and describes the occurrence of PRODUCT ADMINISTERED TO PATIENT OF INAPPROPRIATE AGE (Moderna COVID-19 vaccine administered to a patient under 18 years old), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (sore arm at the injection site after the first dose) and HEADACHE (headache after the first dose) in a 17-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 vaccination.

On 09-Apr-2021, the patient experienced PRODUCT ADMINISTERED TO PATIENT OF INAPPROPRIATE AGE (Moderna COVID-19 vaccine administered to a patient under 18 years old).
On an unknown date, the patient experienced VACCINATION SITE PAIN (sore arm at the injection site after the first dose) and HEADACHE (headache after the first dose).
