An 81-years-old female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration on 28May2021 (Batch/Lot Number: VVC7UC39XCVL) as single dose for covid-19 immunization at age of 81 years old.
The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
The patient experienced fever on 16Jun2021, extreme fatigue and dry mouth on 28Jun2021.
The outcome of the events was fatal.
The patient died on 28Jun2021.
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
