A 39-year-old female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration at single dose on an unspecified date for COVID-19 immunization.
The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
The patient was previously taken first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) on 20Apr2021 for COVID-19 immunization and experienced "she was pregnant" (vaccine exposure during pregnancy).
The patient had the second jab and miscarried shortly after on an unspecified date.
Outcome of the event was unknown.
The lot number for the vaccine, BNT162b2 , was not provided and will be requested during follow up.
