증상 상세
Patient complained of feeling dizzy and blurry vision 10 minutes after receiving the vaccination shot.
Patient found out she was pregnant yesterday that gestation was about 5 weeks ago.
She mentioned she had a granola bar for breakfast and nothing else before receiving the vaccination.
Water initially provided, vital signs taken with no improvement, gave juice and snacks and patient consumed it.
Patient with vitals taken multiple times after initials vitals taken.
Patent stated she felt improvement, not feeling dizzy and blurry vision subsided, final vitals taken and ambulation closely supervised with no issues to gait.
Patient left with boyfriend in a private car.
