증상 상세
Patient came in for her second dose of vaccine as per the recommendation of her OBGYN .
Pt had received her first vaccine on 04/07/21.
On 07/29/21, pt came to Urgent Care for her second dose of the Moderna vaccine.
Pt is currently 6 months pregnant.
During 15 minute period that pt was waiting after the administration of the vaccine, patient went to the bathroom and vomited.
Patient reported feeling dizzy.
Patient did not LOC or feel faint.
Emergency was called immediately.
Pt started to feel better.
Pt denied any injuries or head injuries at the time she was vomiting .
pt left with ambulance to go to the hospital walking out with EMT assistance.
