A 49-year-old patient of an unspecified gender received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY; lot EJ6136), intramuscular on 05Feb2021, at 0.
3 mL, single for COVID-19 immunisation.
Medical history was not reported.
Concomitant medication included drospirenone, ethinylestradiol (DROSPIRENONA + ETINILESTRADIOL MYLAN).
On 05Feb2021, the patient experienced asthenia and dizziness on standing up which started after the administration of the vaccine.
The asthenia had a duration of 9 days and dizziness on standing up had a duration of 8 days.
On 06Feb2021, the patient experienced headache which started on the next day from the administration of the vaccine.
On 07Feb2021, the patient experienced myalgia which started after 2 days of the vaccine administration.
The events myalgia and headache had a duration of 5 days.
The events were considered as disabling.
It was implemented specific treatment of the events with paracetamol and she was bedridden on an unspecified date.
There was no medication error.
