Pale; Skin cold clammy; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable other hcp downloaded from the Medicines Agency (MA) Regulatory authority-WEB GB-MHRA-TPP31119477C2988089YC1608291880833, GB-MHRA-ADR 24544783.
An 87-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER COVID19 MRNA VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration on 17Dec2020 at single dose for COVID-19 immunization.
Medical history included hypertension from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing.
Concomitant medication included diclofenac diethylamine taken from 14Aug2019 to unknown date, hypromellose taken from 18Nov2020 to 04Dec2020, ramipril taken from 14Aug2019 to unknown date for blood pressure high, tamsulosin hydrochloride taken from 02Jan2020 to unknown date, lercanidipine hydrochloride taken from 14Aug2019 to unknown date.
The patient experienced pale and skin cold clammy on 18Dec2020 with seriousness criteria of disability.
It was reported that the patient had BNT162B2 vaccine 17Dec2020, this morning (18Dec2020) has gone grey and clammy and had to sit down whilst making mince pies.
The outcome of the events was unknown.
