Severe soreness in arm where shot was administered.
; Severe chills; mild body aches for 24 hours after shot was administered; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient).
A 30-year-old female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EH9899), via an unspecified route of administration (left arm) on 21Dec2020 16:30 at single dose for COVID-19 immunization.
The patient's medical history was not reported.
Concomitant medication included multivitamin (unspecified) daily and thyroid medication (25 mcg).
The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination.
The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine.
On 21Dec2020 (20:00), the patient experienced severe soreness in arm where shot was administered, severe chills, and mild body aches for 24 hours after shot was administered.
