증상 상세
Felt light headed and very tired about 25 - 30 minutes after injection; Felt light headed and very tired about 25 - 30 minutes after injection; Vaccination site joint pain; aching arm at injection site; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable healthcare professional downloaded from the Medicines Agency (MA) Regulatory Authority-WEB (GB-MHRA-WEBCOVID-20201215214029).
A 45-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, on 11Dec2020 at a single dose for COVID-19 immunization.
Ongoing medical history included hyperhidrosis (indication for iontophoresis machine was Palmer hyperhidrosis), iontophoresis machine, hypothyroidism, and stress.
Concomitant medications included influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VIRUS) taken for flu vaccination, levothyroxine sodium (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) taken for hypothyroidism, and sertraline (MANUFACTURED BY: RANBAXY UK) taken for stress.
The patient felt light headed and very tired about 25 - 30 minutes after injection and vaccination site joint pain and aching arm at injection site on 11Dec2020.
The events were reported as serious for disability.
The clinical course was reported as follows: The patient felt light headed and very tired about 25 - 30 minutes after injection.
The patient slept for an hour and woke up with aching arm where injection was given.
By the next day in the afternoon aching was eased with paracetamol (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN).
The patient felt fine by 13Dec2020.
The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included COVID-19: inconclusive test on 11Dec2020.
Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site joint pain and aching arm where injection was given as aforementioned.
The clinical outcome of felt light headed and very tired about 25 - 30 minutes after injection was recovered on 11Dec2020 and vaccination site joint pain and aching arm at injection site was recovered on 13Dec2020.
It was also reported that since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19.
No follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained.
