증상 상세
Patient received J&J vaccine in the left deltoid muscle at 11:45am on 05/21/2022.
Immediately after administration he stated that he was feeling light headed and very dizzy.
RPh on duty provided him with cold water bottle and guided him to sit in an upright position against a wall on the floor for better stability.
Patient remained coherent to questions and speech was not effected.
He began sweating profusely, and reported spotty vision, cloudy thoughts and loss of hearing in the right ear.
These symptoms remained for several minutes before he reported that he was feeling better.
Patient returned to normal after about 10 minutes.
Was able to leave pharmacy under his own power.
