Vaccination history included: comirnaty (Dose 1, batch/lot number: EJ6795), administration date: 13Jan2021, for COVID-19 immunization, reaction(s): "Chills", "Headache", "Back pain", "Nausea", "Maternal Exposure timing unspecified".
