Uterine myoma; more abundant vaginal bleeding than usual with the presence of increasingly large blood clots; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from the regulatory authority.
The reporter is the patient.

A 45-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 22May2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: J07BX03) intramuscular, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history included: "Menorrhagia" (unspecified if ongoing).
Concomitant medication(s) included: DIMETRUM taken for heavy menstrual bleeding.
The following information was reported: UTERINE LEIOMYOMA (medically significant) with onset 24May2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "Uterine myoma"; HEAVY MENSTRUAL BLEEDING (medically significant) with onset 24May2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "more abundant vaginal bleeding than usual with the presence of increasingly large blood clots".
The events "uterine myoma" and "more abundant vaginal bleeding than usual with the presence of increasingly large blood clots" required emergency room visit.
Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of uterine leiomyoma, heavy menstrual bleeding.
Appearance on 24May2021 of more abundant vaginal bleeding than usual with the presence of increasingly large blood clots over the days.
The following days the bleeding multiplied with bigger and bigger blood clots.
The patient goes to the emergency room where uterine myomas have been diagnosed.
Prescription of Exacyl ampoules.
No follow-up attempts are possible.
