Patients boyfriend called and stated that the patient was unable to get out of bed and complaining of paralysis on her right side from the waist down as well as horrible pain, pins and needles feeling all over, and low grade fever.
Advised representative for patient to call ER and report symptoms to see if they wanted her to come in since her PCP is closed.
Requested representative call us and keep us informed as to what steps they were taking and let us know how the patient is doing.
