A 74 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), administration date 15Dec2021 (Batch/Lot number: unknown) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history was not reported.
Concomitant medication(s) included: SALBUTAMOL.
The following information was reported: DYSPNOEA (death) with onset 16Dec2021, outcome "fatal", described as "acute dyspnoea, vegetative symptoms"; BLOOD PRESSURE DECREASED (death) with onset 16Dec2021, outcome "fatal", described as "blood pressure decrease".
