Chest pain; Influenza like illness; stabbing burning sensation; Difficulty speaking; trembling hands; tachycardia; gastric reflux; Maternal Exposure During Pregnancy, second trimester; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp downloaded from the regulatory agency-WEB FR-AFSSAPS-BX20219495.
A 37-years-old female pregnant patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), dose 2 intramuscular on 01Oct2021 (Lot Number: FG7387) as dose 2,single for covid-19 immunisation.
Medical history included Bipolar disorder, hypothyroidism, Gestational diabetes.
No Medical history of COVID.
Concomitant medications included quetiapine fumarate (XEROQUEL) for bipolar disorder; ferrous sulfate (TARDYFERON); levothyroxine sodium (LEVOTHYROX) for hypothyroidism.
Historical vaccine included first dose of COVID-19 Vaccine(dose 1, MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) on an unspecified date for COVID-19 immunisation.
The mother reported she became 6 Months pregnant while taking bnt162b2 on 01Oct2021 .
On Day 1 of Dose 2 on 02Oct2021, mild flu-like syndrome, then, at the end of the day, abrupt onset of intense and increasing chest pain with stabbing burning sensation for at least 15 minutes.
Difficulty speaking and burning sensation when inhaling, trembling hands.
Called Emergency, visited by SOS doctor: Blood pressure normal, tachycardia (unspecified), clinical examination unremarkable, electrocardiogram normal, Possible gastric reflux on 02Oct2021.
Chest pain was reported as serious with medically significant.
Outcome of chest pain, influenza like illness was recovered on 02Oct2021, other events was unknown.
