Syncope, Dizziness, patient sitting in chair and passed out (unwitnessed).
Does not recall fall, small abrasion on forehead A&Ox4.
MD present.
Med Medics Present.
Inital BP 72/35; HR 78.
NO medical Hx, no current meds.
Denies EtOH/drug use.
Given water, juice, and crackers.
Last BP 141/70, HR 78 and did not require ACLS transport to ED.
Patient stable and released from vaccination site.
